Some questions about CD's

Does anyone know if there's such a thing as a software Cd burner? I really need one because I'm going to make a Cd of DecTalk songs from PdAudio and The Million Web. The trouble is, I don't want to go and install another drive. If I have to, I will. However, I'm looking for a software recorder that will work with just the drive I have which is a Cd-Rom.

So basically you are asking for a program that records songs onto cds as you are playing them (in real time as it were).
I've never heard of that but you might have some luck possibly with Sound Forge, they got a lot of the real time features. But if you can run a program doesn't that mean you have hard disk space to record? And once you have you can burn it to CD with pretty much any application, there are tons out there.
